Security Professional - Our CEO
ODOM SECURITY SERVICES PLLC was founded in 2022 by Willie Odom, a highly esteemed security professional with a distinguished career spanning from an unarmed security officer to a Senior Executive Leadership position. Throughout his tenure, Odom has been recognized for his unwavering commitment to fostering robust partnerships with communities and clients. He has successfully developed strategies to enhance productivity and effectively mitigate crime rates across various midwestern communities.
Odom has established relationships with local leaders and authorities, implementing strategies that have resulted in the recovery of a multitude of illegal firearms from the streets. Furthermore, he has maintained a remarkable ninety percent decrease in crime rates within the communities he served over a five-year period. Among his peers, Odom has earned the moniker “The Fixer,” embodying the principle of “Leaders Serve Those Who Serve.” He firmly believes that leadership extends beyond oneself, encompassing the service provided by teammates to clients.
Odom’s exceptional attention to detail, orientation, and accuracy have been instrumental in maintaining the agency's portfolio with a consistently high 99.4% KPI Dashboard from 2022 to present. He views the Security Profession as a multifaceted, dynamic, and diverse industry, and approaches each project and situation with his unique and strategic capabilities.

President Sheila Odom is the Co-Founder of ODOM Security Services PLLC and a Private Security Contractor licensed by Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. Sheila possesses extensive experience in business management and security, including over fourteen (14) years of experience in the latter field. She has demonstrated strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills, making her an invaluable asset to the team.
Over the course of her career, she has effectively managed both executive staff and support teams. Her leadership ensures smooth operations, promoting harmony and facilitating seamless transitions from scheduling to onboarding processes.
In addition to these strengths, Sheila excels in delivering exceptional customer service. She consistently fosters positive client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction remains a top priority. Moreover, she has provided comprehensive training on customer service best practices, equipping teams with the skills needed to handle diverse client interactions effectively and professionally.
